Can AI read the evidence that makes your company worth choosing?

That difference matters when a potential customer is looking for a provider with experience in their industry, their situation, or their particular problem. The most relevant evidence may sit several pages beyond the homepage.

Yet many website checks stop at whether the site opens and looks right.

In one of our recent audits, a story page contained just two words of main text in the initial HTML. Hundreds of words appeared after JavaScript ran in the browser. A crawler that did not run those scripts could receive almost none of the story.

The content had been written and published. Its delivery created a separate question about whether it could be read.

For a company, that is a practical concern. A customer story can contain the clearest evidence of your experience: who you helped, what you solved, and what the work achieved. If that information is missing from the version a system receives, publishing more content may leave the same gap in place.

The pages that prove your expertise deserve as much scrutiny as the page that introduces you.

Our reporting compares the text delivered with a page against what appears after it loads in a browser. That can reveal gaps hidden by a polished website and identify where further investigation is warranted.

The finding does not establish that every AI system misses the page. It does give the business a specific question to resolve before commissioning more material.

A useful review therefore starts with the pages that support buying decisions: your main services, important products, strongest case studies, and the information explaining who you serve. The question is whether the substance of those pages is available to be read, rather than simply whether each URL works.
