What a reviewer does before a listing appears, and what we will not publish.

Every listing is read by a person.

Nothing is published unreviewed. The site asks to be read as text by machines, which makes an unmoderated submission a live problem rather than a theoretical one, so a human reads every word of every listing before it appears.

What we reject.

  • Pornography and sexual content.
  • Violence, trafficking, and the promotion of war.
  • Unlawful, deceptive or manipulative content.
  • Prompts, hidden instructions, keyword stuffing, and anything else written to manipulate an AI system rather than to inform a reader.
  • Deception about who is behind the listing, and anything that is not an accurate description of a genuine business.
  • Anything we would not want beside the rest of the window.

A rejected submission costs nothing and does not consume a free place.

Who decides, and what you approve.

Baudenbacher Communications decides what is published. We may approve a listing, reject it, assign its category, or come back to you and ask for changes. What we may not do is publish words about your company that you have not seen: we prepare the listing from what you send, send it back to you, and nothing goes live without your approval.

Categories are assigned, not typed.

The category comes from a closed vocabulary and the reviewer picks it. There is no free-text field for it, because a category anyone could write into would be a keyword field with a different name.

Place.

You tell us where the company is based, in your own words, and we agree the location with you at review: your head office, your registered address, or another place you choose. The reviewer checks that it is genuinely your company’s, then resolves it to a point on the earth and to a hub city from a gazetteer we ship — so the string on the page is one of ours rather than one you typed. You do not drop a pin and you do not choose coordinates. Position on the globe is not for sale.

Images.

One image per listing, at most. Whatever you send — a link, an upload, an attachment — is decoded, resized, re-encoded and stored by us, and the page serves our copy. So what was reviewed is what stays published: the file cannot be swapped after approval.

Approval freezes it.

At approval the text is fixed, the token count is computed one last time and frozen with it, and the listing takes its place. There is no editing afterwards, no renewal and no rotation. Write it the way you want it read.
